I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a log! The location was perfect, with beautiful nearby parks and easy access to the underground railway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement.

-Very slow wi-fi internet in the lobby and cable in the room. -Breakfast is ok for a 3* hotel, not a 4* like Picardie. -English of the people on the reception was not so fluent as it should be. -You should always check all the bills and invoices, cause it is normal that you are charged more then should be in Shanghai. -Very high prices in the cafes nearby. In the center restraunts and bars are cheaper

Great location near the western part of the city, with a subway station nearby and a nice neighborhood with an old European touch. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. The rainforest shower didn't work properly, but overall, a good stay.

Very new and clean , very close to airport. They also offer the shuttle bus to the airport.

Many staffs can speak English. Their English is not fluent but communication is no problem. Internet is free. The speed is acceptable. It's better you go to breakfast at early time. If not, breakfast is less.

Good location, not far from metro station (5 minut walk). Close to shops (5 min.), some restaurants and bars close by.

my recent stay at a quaint property in Shanghai was made even better by the helpful and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious bonus, and the gift shops were a delightful find. If I had more time, I would definitely extend my stay.
